OKLAHOMA CITY – Anthony Whittley, 28, of Parsons and Jasmine Boone, also known as Jasmine Thomas, 28, of Wister, Oklahoma, have pleaded guilty to cattle rustling, announced United States Attorney Timothy J. Downing.

On March 19, 2019, a federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment that charged Whittley and Boone with transporting 17 stolen cattle in interstate commerce on Dec. 11, 2018, by moving them from Cherokee County to the Oklahoma National Stockyards Co. in Oklahoma City.
